Process Automation Analyst III

• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or IBM BPM.
• Implement business processes in BPMN, following the project’s technical and functional standards.
• Develop and maintain Integration Services, Human Services, Coaches, Responsive Coaches, and integrations with enterprise systems via REST and SOAP.
• Participate in technical analysis with analysts, senior analysts, and architects.
• Resolve incidents and make evolutionary adjustments and improvements to existing processes.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Use source code version control and support deployment and continuous integration.
• Document solutions in Confluence and Jira.
• Collaborate with the squad to continuously deliver value to the business.

• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW and/or IBM BPM.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Integration Services, Human Services, and the development and maintenance of Coaches.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Understanding of integration concepts between enterprise systems.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle, and SQL.
• Git version control.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and translate them into implementations aligned with established standards.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
