Senior Partnership Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners across the Asia-Pacific region
• Serve as the key point of contact for OEM partners across APAC
• Identify partnership growth opportunities and support business development
• Collaborate with product, delivery, legal and commercial teams
• Support commercial negotiations, agreements, and resolution of partner issues or escalations
• Coordinate actions, communicate progress, and clarify priorities, next steps, and decisions
• Work within global OEM operational frameworks and processes
• Represent Trustonic at industry events, partner meetings, and wider APAC mobile technology engagements
• Report to the SVP Strategic Partnerships

• Experience in partnership management, business development or account management, ideally within the mobile, telecommunications or technology sector
• Track record of managing relationships with large mobile OEMs or other major technology partners
• Experience supporting commercial negotiations, agreements and resolution of partner issues or escalations
• Understanding of the mobile telecoms ecosystem, including the OEM landscape and business culture across APAC
• Ability to work effectively across commercial and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of mobile technology, device security and the wider industry landscape, including relevant trends and regulatory considerations across APAC
• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience, skills and knowledge
