DevOps Team Leader

• Resolve the most complex DevOps tasks
• Lead the team of Product Operations and DevOps engineers
• Audit existing service management processes and plan improvements
• Establish key operational performance indicators and plans
• Respond immediately to alerts
• Liaise with SL1/SL3, third parties, and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager
• Contribute to high-quality software solutions for Playtech’s online gaming platform

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years experience as DevOps engineer or SRE engineer
• 1+ years of leading/management experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework
• Hands-on experience working with production with zero tolerance to any errors
• Strong experience in Linux, networking, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Git, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes, and Nomad
• Experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Experience with monitoring systems including Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu
• Experience with logging solutions including Elastic Stack and Loki
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior management, technical subject matter experts, and business customers
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
• Programming skills in Python/Bash
• Fluent English
• Experience supporting web applications with microservices architecture is a plus
• NoSQL database support experience with MongoDB and Redis is a plus
• Experience working in a global, multilingual organization is a plus
