Recruitment and Selection Analyst

• Advertise job openings across different channels and use a variety of sourcing strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct proactive candidate sourcing (headhunting)
• Conduct video interviews
• Administer and analyze assessments when necessary
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports
• Support and guide clients throughout the entire recruitment process
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with agility and quality

• Experience in recruitment and selection
• Previous experience working remotely (from home)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile
