HRBP Intern

• Support HR Business Partners in aligning HR initiatives with business needs
• Assist with recruiting, assessment center logistics, and onboarding new hires
• Help drive employee engagement programs, employee feedback initiatives, and company events
• Participate in performance review cycles
• Gain hands-on experience with HR policies, employee records, and compliance processes
• Support training programs, career development initiatives, and leadership workshops
• Work closely with HR leaders and Malaysia business stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Support employees, improve HR processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture

• Preference for 6 months availability or willingness to extend
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR, Communications, or related fields
• Passion for HR and people-focused initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
