Junior Engineering Analyst – Integrated Management

• Join the Integrated Construction Management team.
• Remotely manage and oversee all stages of construction projects—from foundations, structural works, building systems, HVAC and finishes through final client handover—across Brazil.
• Monitor and control detailed schedules, deviations, risks and corrective action plans.
• Conduct periodic technical inspections and prepare photographic and technical reports.
• Record nonconformities, physical progress and outstanding construction items.
• Manage project documentation, including designs, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes and field records.
• Control deadlines, costs and quality, ensuring compliance with the approved scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and planning teams to ensure approvals and decisions are secured.
• Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction and efficiency.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among suppliers.
• Participate in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers and contractors.
• Ensure sound construction practices, occupational safety and quality in accordance with applicable ABNT and Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs).

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for design visualization.
• Availability to work outside regular business hours.
• Preferred: Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector.
