Senior FICO Developer

• Develop systems in accordance with existing design standards and suggest improvements;
• Validate new application features;
• Perform integration testing on applications;
• Apply software development best practices;
• Collaborate on the development of machine learning interfaces to optimize applications;
• Architect, build, and maintain solutions and enhancements on the FICO platform/service for engines and offers;
• Ensure and maintain the health, performance, availability, and security of applications;
• Write unit tests, review source code, and solve technical challenges;
• Collaborate with the team, R&D, and stakeholders to define and specify architectures and technologies;
• Continuously seek innovation in systems-related processes.

• Strong experience with RMA (FICO Rules Management Application);
• Advanced knowledge of SRL (Structured Rules Language), the language used for development in RMA;
• Experience with DMPS (FICO Decision Management Platform);
• Experience with Java development, including Spring Boot and REST APIs;
• Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and microservices;
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
