Total Rewards Specialist

• Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting for leadership and HRBPs
• Maintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations and cooperation models
• Run compensation review cycles, including matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, and compensation statements
• Conduct end-to-end market benchmarking, including data submissions, survey analysis, positioning conclusions, and recommendations
• Support EU Pay Transparency rollout through pay gap analysis and action plans
• Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, and levelling
• Design and administer bonus schemes and document defensible rules
• Own benefits renewals, including benchmarking, vendor negotiation preparation, business cases, procurement contracts, and communications
• Own the benefits budget and track effectiveness
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work in recurring analytics and processes

• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles
• Deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management
• Expertise implementing compensation and benefits practices for international markets
• Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data
• Ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly
• Experience conducting market research and benchmarking
• Expert-level Excel proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution
