Project Manager

• Monitor the official project schedule, comparing actual versus planned progress by work package and phase
• Manage risks, scope, and contingency plans for schedule, staffing, and scope
• Lead weekly status meetings with IT Governance (GTI), Technology and Development (NTD), and work-package developers
• Prepare monthly executive status reports for senior management
• Immediately escalate to NTD/GTI any schedule variance exceeding 15% for any work package
• Coordinate approval checkpoints and go-live sign-off for each work package
• Gather and document functional requirements and business rules with business users
• Validate and keep the system inventory up to date, identifying discrepancies between the mapped scope and the actual environment
• Map impacted business processes and define acceptance and user acceptance testing criteria for each system
• Conduct an effort-calibration pilot to validate estimates for each work package
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for migrated systems
• Organize and plan user acceptance testing, validating functional parity between the legacy system and the version migrated to Forms 12c

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably involving legacy-system migration or modernization
• Proficiency with schedule management tools, such as MS Project or equivalent
• Knowledge of risk management, feasibility analysis (effort versus capacity), and contingency planning
• Experience with project governance, including status meetings, executive reporting, and escalation of variances
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects of comparable size and complexity
• Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and migration processes between versions
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Experience working with blended teams comprising internal and temporary contract resources
• Experience working in public-sector organizations or Sistema S entities
• Degree in an IT-related field, or a degree in any field combined with a postgraduate qualification in IT
