Senior Data Scientist

• Turn business problems into well-scoped data science projects
• Develop models, agents, and evaluation harnesses that keep them safe and reliable
• Lead projects end to end: plan the work, design the solution, and work with the team to deliver
• Explain complex technical work clearly to engineers, domain experts, and senior stakeholders
• Mentor data scientists and raise the quality bar across the team
• Scope problems, choose modelling approaches, build training and evaluation infrastructure, and ship solutions to production
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts across Satalia and WPP

• 5+ years building ML/AI models and taking them to production
• Deep expertise in modelling techniques for both structured and unstructured data
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems
• Strong software engineering habits: Python, version control, testing, code review, CI/CD
• Proven record of leading technical projects and mentoring other data scientists
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with temporal and geospatial data (nice to have)
• Experience building and testing agents in production (nice to have)
• Experience with federated learning, clean rooms, or other privacy-preserving methods (nice to have)
• Background in marketing technology, ad tech, audience modelling, or media mix modelling (nice to have)
• Publications at top venues or meaningful open-source contributions (nice to have)
