Trainer / Instructor – IT Specialist Retraining Program, System Integration

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
• Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
• Conduct assessments to measure competency development
• Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
• Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
• Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
• Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
• Interest in integrating AI and ChatGPT into teaching
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. an instructor qualification in accordance with AEVO
• Strong methodological and didactic skills for conveying course content
• Independent, structured approach to work and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
• Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction: German at C2 level
