Specialist Attorney

• Provide legal advice and consulting across multiple areas, including civil, labor and corporate law
• Handle conflict resolution and identify alternative solutions to legal issues
• Provide legal support in general practice and debt recovery
• Review and draft contracts
• Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings
• Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Guide critical decisions based on technical expertise
• Develop efficient, customized legal solutions
• Monitor and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients
• Oversee the review and preparation of legal pleadings and documents
• Prepare procedural and litigation contingency reports using the firm’s systems
• Draft and implement highly complex legal instruments
• Assess risks, conduct legal diagnoses and recommend legal alternatives
• Plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate law
• Develop legal studies and opinions on proceedings and various legal matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Law, Contract Law or Civil Law
• Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in general practice and debt recovery
• Proficiency in Civil, Contract, Business and Civil Procedural Law, as well as Labor Procedure and Labor Law
• Proven experience managing complex civil, labor and administrative proceedings
• Knowledge of civil and procedural law
• Legal research
• Drafting and preparing legal pleadings
• Deadline and case management
• Negotiation skills
