Operations & AI Analyst Intern

• Guide customers through the notarization process and resolve cases that get stuck.
• Work with AI every day in live production, including voice agents, language models, and automation pipelines.
• Analyze where AI performs well, where it fails, and why, then share these insights directly with the team.
• Identify where AI can further support the Operations team and contribute your own ideas.
• Improve processes instead of merely handling problems as they arise.
• Work at the intersection of customers, AI tools, and the team.

• A degree from, or current enrollment at, a top university (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, or LMU) is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Reliable and well organized.
• Use AI tools every day to work more efficiently.
• Genuinely curious about AI and eager to understand how these systems work—not just enter prompts.
