Data Engineer, CDP Specialist

• Manage and organize data, building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines
• Collaborate with the internal team and external implementation partner to proactively drive problems to resolution
• Influence and negotiate scope and requirements
• Champion innovative process changes and technology-enabled solutions
• Scale up and globally roll out the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Support both the development and operations of the CDP platform
• Ensure high-quality deliverables
• Leverage state-of-the-art technologies to keep the platform stable and compliant
• Enhance the platform based on business requirements

• Excellent SQL and analytical SQL Functions knowledge
• Experience with Python scripting, Pandas & Dig Dag scripting
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in incident management and test automation, preferably in the context of a data platform
• Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP and/or Data Cloud platform is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and relationship development and management capabilities
• Bachelor and/or Master degree or equivalent
• Progressive IT and business experience of 5-10 years preferred
• 2-5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions
