AI Project Manager – Growth Marketing

• Own AI projects end to end, from use case or initial idea through adoption and measurable business results
• Set goals, KPIs, plans, budgets, and timelines for AI projects
• Identify marketing inefficiencies and funnel leaks and turn them into AI use cases with business cases
• Run hypotheses and pilots with local teams, measure results, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop
• Configure AI tools, write and test prompts, build agents and automations, and connect them to HubSpot, Salesforce, and WhatsApp
• Scout and compare AI vendors and coordinate evaluations with IT, Legal, and Security, including data privacy and GDPR reviews
• Build playbooks, prompt libraries, training, and handovers for market adoption
• Run demos and enablement sessions to improve AI usage across the marketing team
• Report business results such as MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, conversion, and hours saved
• Test and scale WhatsApp bots, AI calling bots, campaign reporting automation, lead enrichment, content localisation, and other AI workflows

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations, or a similar commercial area
• At least 1 year focused on AI or automation projects
• AI projects owned that delivered measurable results
• Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
• Experience building AI agents or automations with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Experience with APIs and webhooks
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompting, limitations, hallucinations, data privacy, and output-quality evaluation
• Strong analytical skills, including setting KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Experience running pilots and scaling them across teams, markets, or regions
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations
• Ability to challenge assumptions and evaluate when AI is appropriate
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, without formal authority
• Fluent English
• Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or the location of the role; visa sponsorship is not available
