Territory Manager

• Develop and generate revenue focused on mining dewatering, tailings, and other associated opportunities in the region
• Convert and establish repeat orders through key mining contractors and owners
• Develop accurate forecasts and opportunity mapping of the whole region
• Maximise opportunities through effective planning, scheduling, and territory coverage management
• Identify and perform the work required to achieve intended results
• Assist in training specifier, distributor, and contractor staff through promotional meetings
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complaints
• Keep management advised on market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, policy matters, unusual situations, and pricing
• Update internal Victaulic CRM software daily
• Prepare and submit a weekly territory report
• Lead and support Victaulic's growth opportunity in the Kalimantan mining region, focused on coal and bauxite opportunities and projects
• Have the position reviewed periodically against agreed KPIs and business objectives

• Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales roles, with a strong track record of success in complex B2B industrial environments
• Established network of contacts within the Kalimantan mining sector, specifically owners, EPCs, and consultants
• Deep working knowledge of mining process systems, plant infrastructure, and piping design, including process, utility, slurry, tailings, water services, and fire protection pipework
• Demonstrated ability to operate across all levels of a mining owner organisation, from engineering and maintenance through to asset management and executive leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
