AI Engineer

• Develop and maintain software solutions.

• Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Strong backend skills in at least two of the following stacks: .NET, Java, Python, Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles: performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Comfortable working across the full development lifecycle: coding, architecture, deployment, and support.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up on unfamiliar technologies and work across different stacks as needed.
• Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI agents into production environments.
• Practical familiarity with agentic development and tools such as Bedrock, Vercel AI SDK, AgentCore, vector databases, semantic search, and LLM-driven solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and/or multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to design, implement, and orchestrate agents end-to-end, including model evaluation, prompting, integrations, and inference flows.
• Practical knowledge of ML fundamentals, embeddings, evaluations, agent training, and fine-tuning (non-academic, hands-on).
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and technical judgment for architectural decision-making.
• Clear and concise communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
• Advanced English level.
