Product Manager – Trust & Safety

• Own product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across EverAI platforms
• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work
• Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement
• Improve internally developed moderation systems, including the EverGuard proprietary LLM technology
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams on detection capabilities, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions
• Lead the lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
• Establish safety dashboards, monitoring, and recurring quality assurance
• Own red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems and product safeguards
• Track testing findings through remediation, retesting, and closure
• Establish and run Trust & Safety reviews for new features, models, integrations, and material changes
• Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents
• Work directly with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support

• Experience making data-driven product decisions using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research
• Ability to assess risks associated with user-generated content, transactions, and interactions
• Understanding of scalable content moderation using automation, machine learning, human review, and user reporting
• Experience working with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products
• Ability to translate legal and safety requirements into product implementation
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, operations, and customer support teams
• Fully fluent and comfortable in English
• Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools
• Ability to handle third-party safety tools, partnerships, and integrations autonomously
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
• Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material
• Professional experience or interest in AI is a bonus
• Experience with consumer-facing features, particularly in entertainment or gaming, is a bonus
• Previous legal/compliance education is a bonus
