• Guide new clients in using the product.
• Provide training and follow-up on software usage.
• Configure the environment according to client needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the product/service.
• Suggest process and product improvements with a customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree/technology degree (as listed in the posting data).
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial and administrative routines (preferred).
• ERP experience (preferred).
