Senior DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Oversee containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker in production
• Implement observability tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices across the stack
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure operational continuity
• Report to the Principal Cloud & Security Ops Engineer
• Mentor engineers and promote modern DevOps practices
• Scale and secure Allia Health Group’s cloud infrastructure and operations

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field is listed as ideal
• 4–7 years in DevOps, InfraOps, or cloud engineering roles
• Strong experience with Google Cloud; AWS/Azure acceptable
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalents
• Strong background in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, load balancing, and secure configurations
• Hands-on experience with incident response and system troubleshooting
• Flexibility to shift portions of the day to increase timezone overlap with US CST timezone
