Sales Director, Flooring Systems

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to a key account team
• Support the individual development of team members
• Further develop existing sales structures
• Implement strategic initiatives for sustainable market development
• Analyze relevant sales KPIs and derive appropriate measures
• Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
• Identify new market opportunities and unlock growth potential
• Build long-term relationships with strategically important customers and business partners
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Production
• Drive innovative solutions forward
• Represent the company professionally with customers, at events, and at industry trade shows

• Several years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
• Ideally, experience in construction chemicals, flooring systems, or concrete repair
• Proven success in developing markets and building customer relationships
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams
• Professional experience managing key account customers
• Experience managing sales processes using KPIs and CRM systems
• Knowledge of tendering processes, planning procedures (e.g., HOAI), or structural diagnostics is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong goal orientation
• Confident manner in negotiations and presentations
• Independent working style and strong decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
