Experienced Spanish Interpreter

• Provide accurate consecutive English-Spanish interpretation primarily for medical settings
• Interpret for social services, customer care, and financial clients
• Maintain complete impartiality and confidentiality
• Start in over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) with a pathway to video remote interpretation (VRI)
• Work remotely from Latin America
• Set working hours subject to monthly minimum interpreted minutes

• 6–12+ months in remote medical interpretation
• C1 English level demonstrated by EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE
• ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certification issued within the last 12 months preferred
• Mastery of medical and customer service terminology
• HIPAA and FWA certified, or willing to obtain certification
• Clean background check
• Hardwired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Windows 10 or newer with at least 4GB RAM
• Private, quiet workspace
• Fluent English and Spanish interpretation ability
• Availability to meet monthly minimum interpreted minutes
