IT Operations Engineer

• Administer and maintain JumpCloud as the core Identity Provider, including SSO and access governance
• Manage automated employee onboarding and offboarding through JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii
• Administer Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion
• Implement and optimize Jira Service Management, including projects, workflows, request types, and automations
• Configure and maintain Windows and macOS endpoint policies through JumpCloud
• Deploy and update software remotely using automation and scripting
• Support security initiatives, least-privilege enforcement, audit readiness, and compliance efforts
• Monitor SaaS usage and access risks with Torii
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues as an escalation point
• Manage IT equipment procurement, inventory, and hardware logistics
• Analyze ticket trends and root causes and develop solutions and automations to eliminate recurring incidents

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration role
• Expertise administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS
• Practical experience managing IAM using JumpCloud or a similar Identity Provider for SSO, SCIM, and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing endpoints via MDM, including JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, preferably Jira Service Management
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Experience with scripting to automate IT administration tasks
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, and SOC2 security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with SaaS governance tools such as Torii
• Prior experience in a high-growth, modern infrastructure environment
