Regional Business Development Head DACH

• Sustain and further develop existing business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Drive regional collaboration and identify cross-border business opportunities
• Establish a unified market presence across the DACH region
• Align regional activities with global business objectives
• Achieve revenue, sales, and growth targets across the DACH region
• Steer regional business development in alignment with global corporate objectives
• Identify and leverage synergies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Work with customers, partners, and delivery organizations to strengthen regional competitiveness
• Develop and execute a unified market strategy
• Promote the One Company approach across countries and business units
• Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives with local managing directors and regional/global stakeholders
• Advise global leadership through market and competitive intelligence
• Ensure effective governance, transparent reporting, and sustainable performance management

• Several years of leadership experience in regional or international sales, business development, or general management roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies
• Experience leading complex organizations within the DACH business environment
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
• Hands-on mindset, execution excellence, and strong focus on results
• Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer focus
• Business-fluent German and English language skills
