Strategic Sales Rep – Southeast/EST

• Sell RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication means to customers in an assigned territory
• Research markets and companies to identify potential clients and points of contact
• Conduct cold-calling activities
• Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introduction meetings
• Develop strategies to present products or solutions effectively
• Conduct client presentations virtually or onsite
• Respond to Requests for Proposal, Bid, and Information
• Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to Sales or Client Services team members
• Record all customer touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System
• Maintain current knowledge of RRD products and industry insights
• Analyze and filter account and prospect data to build an individual forecast and sales strategy
• Conduct sales activities individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative

• Experience promoting packaging, labels, and supply chain solutions preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs
• B2B Sales Experience preferred
• Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen and drug screen
