• Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize journalistic production, applying critical judgment and responsibility during reporting without waiving human fact-checking
• Adopt approaches and propose story ideas that engage readers and distinguish Gazeta do Povo’s factual news coverage, while respecting the newspaper’s principles and convictions
• Suggest story ideas aligned with the editorial line
• Select the best angle for each story
• Demonstrate self-management

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism or a related field
• Professional journalist registration (DRT/MTB)
• Experience producing written content and working in newsrooms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agility and ability to manage story assignments
• Focus on reader satisfaction as a customer and on meeting production targets
• Commitment to teamwork and a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools
• Thorough understanding of the newspaper’s editorial line
• Availability to work daily on topics grounded in the editorial principles and address these subjects publicly
