Senior Developer, Sourcing

• Manage the end-to-end product development process, including calendar building, vendor management, and product replenishment
• Allocate styles strategically to vendors based on vendor capabilities
• Ensure adherence to the brand development calendar and address potential issues
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure product excellence, timely sample execution, and issue resolution
• Execute brand product development strategies and coordinate operational and project activities independently
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and vendors
• Implement work plans, monitor progress, and prioritize actions with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze internal and vendor performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize vendor capabilities
• Collaborate with Planning, Global Materials Supply, Logistics, Technical Design, and Quality teams
• Communicate development concerns, provide data-supported solutions, and maintain calendar dates
• Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve VF supply chain systems and processes within the VF Asia Product Supply framework

• Proven experience in product development of knitted and woven apparel, vendor management, and sourcing activities within the apparel industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proactive problem-solving skills focused on process improvement
• Learning agility and ability to adapt to change in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Passion for product and a curious, open mindset
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing; prior apparel industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Airtable
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Query is a plus
• Familiarity with digital platforms for product development and process efficiency is highly advantageous
