Field Service Technician

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Provide service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support your colleagues in technical field service within the wider area surrounding your assigned territory
• Participate in on-call service with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps
• Work in the Leipzig region

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
• Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an additional advantage
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Good command of German, both written and spoken
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel
