Product Specialist – EU
Sobre el puesto
• Configure applications to meet customer needs, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, customer style guides, and formats
• Train users and administrators on product usage
• Manage and coordinate customer projects within scope and timeline
• Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
• Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer business needs, demonstrating solutions virtually or at conferences, and contributing to solution proposals
• Analyze and deploy new product features
• Maintain production and sandbox environments
• Create regular and ad hoc customer reports
• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions
• Experience with clinical, drug R&D, or regulatory submission software highly preferred
• 1-5 years of product specialist, customer success, or consulting experience
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions
• Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to switch tasks quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Understanding of life sciences drug development process preferred
• Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements preferred
• Must be authorized to work in one of Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, or Spain
• Must not require current or future visa sponsorship
