QA Engineer II

• Investigate, report, and help fix bugs with the development team
• Perform manual acceptance testing and exploratory testing
• Build and maintain test case documentation
• Collaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across Super Dispatch teams
• Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during development and testing
• Contribute as a member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
• Help ensure the stability and quality of STMS Web and services

• 3–4+ years of QA experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex problems and find root causes
• Expertise in API testing
• Comfort testing REST endpoints using Postman or similar tools
• Strong desire to practice test automation
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture
• Knowledge of HTTP and ability to debug using Browser DevTools
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Test automation experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to write simple scripts and read developers’ code is a plus
• Understanding of CI/CD processes is a plus
