Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Own product positioning and messaging with the leadership team
• Lead feature launches from development through campaign execution and measurement
• Understand use cases with Product and define launch messaging and plans
• Run launch campaigns to prospects and existing accounts with Sales
• Measure opportunities created, accounts activated and feature adoption
• Join Sales and Customer Success calls during betas and launches
• Aggregate prospect and customer feedback and feed findings to Product and Marketing
• Own the customer story pipeline, including use cases, case studies and testimonials
• Maintain the internal product and feature source of truth in Guru
• Own and periodically review the master sales deck
• Help Sales identify compelling demo moments and translate features into business outcomes
• Run cross-sell and upsell announcement campaigns for existing and free accounts
• Coordinate with Growth on in-product channels
• Report to the CEO and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Growth
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, most of it in startups where you did the work yourself
• Experience launching products, owning positioning and working side by side with sales
• Experience in mobile apps, ASO or gaming is a strong plus
• Knowledge of both product-led and sales-led motions
• Proactive working style
• Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT and similar AI tools
• Ability to build AI-powered workflows using internal integrations including Fathom, HubSpot, Guru, Salesforce, Amplitude and Canny
• Comfortable reading funnel and campaign data, building a spreadsheet and defending a conclusion
• Fluent English and strong writing skills
• Comfortable presenting at webinars and events as a public face for the product
• Video production skills using Screen Studio or CapCut are a plus, not a requirement
• Remote role anywhere in Europe; hubs in Spain, Portugal, Serbia and Finland
