Senior Associate, SAP - ABAP

• Assist in managing multiple client engagements and report to senior management
• Lead and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships to support business development
• Contribute to the development of technical acumen within the team
• Stay informed on local and national business and economic trends
• Engage in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities
• Develop internal relationships and enhance personal brand within the firm
• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
• Implement SAP solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to drive business transformation
• Apply analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Experience utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation
• Strategic technology planning and process optimization skills
• Ability to embrace change and foster innovation in SAP environments
• Ability to build meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
