Associate, Growth Advisory

• Conduct research, analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable insights
• Support research, analysis and client deliverables while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Assist with proposals, presentations and business development through research and content development
• Work effectively with team members, incorporate feedback and seek guidance when needed
• Build industry knowledge and strengthen research, analytical and consulting skills
• Contribute to growth initiatives across industries

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Technology or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience
• Ability to conduct research, synthesise information and write clearly in English
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw logical conclusions
• Interest in industry trends, market dynamics and business challenges
• Strong written and verbal English
• Willingness to develop presentation skills
