Senior Full-Stack Developer

• Develop, shape, and maintain responsive frontend and backend applications in a test-driven agile environment
• Create new features across the full stack and improve reliability and performance of the interactive learning environment
• Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences
• Build robust backend systems and improve APIs for HR technology integrations
• Build and enhance real-time reporting from data processing through interactive dashboards
• Design and implement AI-powered features using large language models, including content generation and AI-assisted user experiences
• Collaborate with the team on technical and design challenges and lay the foundation for business scalability

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing web applications with modern frameworks
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Strong full-stack capabilities, from database to user interface
• Great understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with LLMs and AI APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
• Experience integrating AI features into applications
• Ability to write unit tests and experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure; AWS experience is a plus
• Proven empathy for customers and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for features
• Fluent in English
