Personal Injury Case Manager

• Conduct welcome calls and maintain regular communication regarding recovery
• Facilitate medical treatment, ensure compliance with doctor recommendations, and monitor progress
• Interface between the lawyer, injured client, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Gather medical records and bills
• Organize the demand package for settlement

• Excellent Communication skills, as they will communicate directly with the firm's clients
• Strong empathy as the firm's clients are injured parties usually from vehicular accidents and some may be seeking settlement due to permanent injury
• Discretion as they must be sure to follow guidelines in what can and CANNOT be communicated with the clients
• Persuasiveness as they will remind clients to continue all necessary medical treatment
• Strong Time Management skills
• Caseload of 100-150 cases once fully active
• Computer processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
• Computer memory/RAM: 8 GB
• Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
• USB noise-cancelling headset
• Camera capable of clear and crisp video output
• Backup system or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours; typically 240Wh or higher
• Primary DSL/fiber internet connection with minimum 100mb/s contracted speed
• Backup internet connection with minimum 20mb/s cellular speed
