Senior Business Analyst, BPMN, ADONIS

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Contribute to the analysis of business processes, including processes in the finance area
• Optimize processes in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Model business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents
• Analyze business processes and identify potential areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business departments and developers to implement process improvements
• Document requirements and processes in text form
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of processes (CIP) and tools in the business analysis area

• Only applicants with permanent residence in Germany can be considered
• Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent written and spoken English (B2)
• Experience documenting and analyzing business processes
• Background in business administration and/or IT
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence
• Experience with ADONIS by BOC Group; knowledge of other tools such as Signavio or Camunda Platform is an advantage
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrated through project experience
• Structured, independent approach to work and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
