Vendor Solutions Representative – IBM-SW

• Research and market new products and solution opportunities to assigned customers and accounts
• Promote TD SYNNEX products and services
• Manage customer engagements, quote follow-up, and sales pipeline
• Provide education on vendor pricing programs and promotions
• Manage and grow customer relationships as a primary point of contact
• Engage customers to identify needs and promote products and solutions
• Configure, price, quote, and process hardware, software, services, and configuration design requests
• Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-reference assistance, renewals, warranty uplifts, consolidations, and additional solutions
• Market TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio and drive incorporation of its products and services
• Negotiate pricing, freight, return privileges, product substitutions, insurance, and terminations
• Coordinate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues and escalate when necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Represent the company to customers and customers to the company in sales-oriented activities

• High School Graduate with HS Diploma; field of study required
• College degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
• Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately
• Strong data entry skills
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
• Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
• Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills

• Associate Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
