Experienced Accountant

• Independently manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
• Review accounting files through to the preparation of annual financial statements
• Prepare balance sheets and income statements
• Prepare corporate tax packages
• Complete tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)
• Provide clients with day-to-day support in managing their accounting
• Address clients’ operational issues
• Explain financial figures clearly to non-specialists
• Advise clients on managing and steering their business activities
• Collaborate with support and tech teams
• Ensure the quality and compliance of accounting files
• Occasionally contribute to the team’s professional development
• Use automated tools and Pennylane to collect supporting documents, synchronize bank data, identify transactions, and automate bookkeeping entries

• DSCG or DCG qualification is a plus but not required
• At least three tax years managed fully independently, equivalent to approximately 4–5 years of experience
• At least 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Proven ability to manage a large and diverse client portfolio
• Interest in digital tools and enthusiasm for transforming the accounting profession
• Knowledge of Pennylane preferred; training and support can be provided

• Base salary of €35,000–€40,000 per year, plus attractive performance-based variable compensation
• Annual salary review based on performance
