Distribution Quality Control Associate

• Review and approve music releases to ensure they meet formatting, quality, and compliance standards for distribution
• Identify and resolve distribution-related issues such as takedowns, disputes, and content mismatches
• Manage music metadata, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or delivery challenges during the distribution process
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize distribution workflows

• Applicants must be based in the Philippines
• 1-2+ years of experience in music distribution, quality assurance, or customer service roles
• Proficiency in music metadata management
• Strong understanding of the digital music industry
• Ability to work during public holidays
• Familiarity with copyright and licensing requirements is a big plus
• Passion for music is essential
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekend shifts
• Availability to work through the holiday season to meet seasonal demands
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Contract is for 3 months, with a chance for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs

• Ability to work during public holidays with compensation provided at a higher rate for work completed on these days
• Possibility of transitioning to a full-time position depending on performance and business needs
