• Serve as the central liaison between internal departments and clients
• Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
• Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees
• Develop tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the engagement process
• Ensure high standards of quality and service
• Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments
• Help shape the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models
• Provide strategic advice to clients
• Develop customized benefits programs
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems
• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
• Sound knowledge of HR and tax-related topics
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
• Strong customer focus, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Confident handling of commercial matters
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
• Flexible working hours
• Modern office in Fuerteventura or remote work from anywhere in the Canary Islands
• Up to four weeks of EU workation per year
• Flights and accommodation if you choose the Munich location
