Field Service Technician – Fulda/Höxter Region

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators
• Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
• Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participate in on-call duty to provide customers with the fastest possible support
• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps in the Höxter area or in Fulda / Hünfeld / Schlüchtern / Bad Hersfeld

• Completed specialist training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electronics technician, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
