Implementation Engineer

• Configure the Emi solution promptly in alignment with customers' business cases and expectations using internal tools
• Design conversational interactions by translating business requirements into logical rules and product definitions
• Collaborate with internal product teams to improve tools and bot capabilities
• Design and lead functional QA strategies and customer UAT, iterating based on results
• Collaborate with tech, product, and project management teams to meet project milestones
• Improve the implementation process for scalability, quality, and KPI measurement
• Analyze and present real-time implementation insights and improve solutions using user feedback and usage data
• Build and improve candidate interactions with the bot and recruiter interactions with the platform
• Ensure platform features are implemented according to client requirements
• Configure, adjust, and ensure platform quality
• Participate in building an inclusive, people-driven company culture

• +1 year of work experience
• Analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Basic technology knowledge, including JSON structures and programming logic
• Ability to deliver quality work on a tight schedule
• Strong prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proactivity to improve processes
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
• Clear and simple communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Curiosity, bias for action, and appetite for learning and growth
• Ability to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty
• Basic programming skills in Python preferred
• SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and Metabase preferred
• Excel expertise preferred
• Scrum, Agile, or project management certification is a plus
• Background in linguistics or AI preferred
