Business Consultant, IT Business Analyst – Banking & Insurance

• Advise, lead, and deliver complex software development projects in the banking and insurance sector
• Implement legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance within IT projects
• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Bring business and IT teams together
• Develop practical, day-to-day solutions
• Take ownership and contribute ideas to the collaboration

• Several years of experience in both traditional and agile IT projects in the banking or insurance sector
• Experience in software development projects
• Strong methodological and conceptual expertise in IT business analysis and IT project management
• Ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly and understandably
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Open and empathetic communication style
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Fluent German (at least C1 level)
