Onboarding Advisor, NL Speaking

• Guide merchants through a structured onboarding journey, from account setup and listing launch to achieving their first verified GMV on eBay
• Manage activation pipelines, track onboarding milestones, and contribute to activation targets, velocity metrics, and operational performance reviews
• Build trusted relationships with merchants, proactively identifying and resolving technical, operational, and compliance-related barriers to growth
• Use eBay systems and tools to document customer interactions, monitor onboarding progress, and support performance against commercial objectives
• Provide consultative support on marketplace growth strategies, cross-border shipping programs, billing setup, technical integrations, and other aspects of the seller lifecycle
• Partner with Business Development teams and Vertical Managers to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
• Educate sellers on platform enhancements, new product releases, and marketplace best practices

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, account management, sales onboarding, or a related customer-facing commercial role
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals, with an understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, activation performance, and pipeline management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage international merchants and collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of e-commerce business models, online marketplace operations, multi-channel selling, merchant onboarding processes, and technical platform integrations
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Full fluency in English and either Dutch
• Willingness to travel as a representative of the eBay brand when required
