Lead Anaplan Model Builder

• Design and document Anaplan models, process maps, user guides, and solution design documentation
• Translate business requirements, Excel models, and user stories into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Build Hub-Spoke and ALM model structures
• Develop user experience pages using the New UX (NUX)
• Identify and define data requirements with subject matter experts
• Collaborate with business architects, solution architects, Anaplan team members, and functional stakeholders
• Develop test cases and execute user acceptance testing and functional validation
• Apply Ciena and Anaplan model-building best practices
• Manage stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Support digital transformation, integrated planning, and business decision-making initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 7+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in data analysis, business analysis, financial planning, or related fields
• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan modelling experience or at least 5 end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Relevant experience translating business requirements into analytical or planning solutions
• 3+ years of database experience
• 3+ years of Excel experience, including data analysis, modelling, and complex spreadsheets
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or higher
• Experience with forecasting processes and Sales, Operations, and Finance functions
• Critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, collaboration, attention to detail, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Willingness to work UK business hours (UK shift)
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and tailor messaging to different audiences
• Ability to manage competing and changing priorities
• Ability to build trusted working relationships across multiple locations
