Sales Account Manager

• Conduct sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers
• Search for and attract prescription projects
• Provide customer service to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies
• Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects
• Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer
• Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects
• Manage relationships with developers, builders, and installers according to project phase
• Provide technical after-sales support and commission installations
• Coordinate technical after-sales assistance across channels
• Monitor installations at construction sites as project manager
• Support marketing strategies
• Manage collections and monitor incidents
• Prepare regular management reports on customer visits and offers
• Act as intermediary between customers and manufacturing
• Manage the customer database for the assigned area
• Present company, catalog, and product information
• Build customer loyalty
• Coordinate technical-commercial training for installers
