Regulatory Reporting Specialist, IT Business Analyst

• Independently advise on and shape agile IT projects in the area of regulatory reporting
• Implement statutory and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Gather, analyze, and manage requirements
• Bring business and IT teams together
• Develop solutions that work in day-to-day operations
• Support banks and insurance companies in their digital transformation
• Connect business departments and IT in challenging software development projects

• Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector
• Experience in statistical regulatory reporting, particularly BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, and KreSta
• Experience in software development projects
• Ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly and understandably
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Open and empathetic communication style
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level)
