Email Marketing and CRM Manager

• Work with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion
• Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
• Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration
• Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
• Develop email marketing and CRM strategies
• Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
• Develop and conduct innovative tests
• Leverage technical resources to implement your own ideas
• Have a direct impact on clients’ growth rates and profitability

• You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your expertise further.
• Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work with new tools.
• You are comfortable approaching people, and your positive attitude makes it easy for others to talk to you.
• You can interpret data and use it to develop creative marketing strategies.
• You speak fluent German and have solid written and spoken English skills.
• This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Germany.
