Functional Analyst (Mid-Level)

• Understand business needs and transform them into clear, objective requirements, connecting functional and technological perspectives
• Actively contribute to scope definition without relying on fully structured requests
• Investigate needs, ask relevant questions, and identify the underlying business cause or actual need
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout demand discovery and refinement
• Connect different departments and facilitate discussions among Business, Operations, and Technology
• Consider impacts on processes, operations, and customer experience, maintaining an end-to-end view of the customer journey
• Structure complex problems and translate loosely defined scenarios into clear direction for solution enhancement
• Work with autonomy, collaboration, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid experience in requirements analysis, functional documentation, and process modeling
• Ability to translate business rules into functional solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
