Manager, Data Operations

• Lead the Data Operations team’s night shift and drive operational excellence
• Oversee operations professionals through guidance, coaching, and mentorship
• Contribute to and execute operational strategy, policies, and procedures
• Identify and implement process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows
• Plan and allocate resources, including workforce scheduling, workload distribution, and capacity planning
• Establish performance objectives, track key metrics, provide feedback, and address performance gaps
• Develop and enforce quality control measures for accuracy, standards adherence, and regulatory compliance
• Create and maintain operational reports
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Present operational insights to senior management

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field
• Proven ability to drive team performance, set clear goals, and motivate team members
• Strong background in process automation and optimization, with hands-on experience identifying efficiency gaps and implementing scalable solutions
• Exceptional analytical skills, including resolving complex data discrepancies and translating findings into actionable insights
• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring team members
• Experience in quality assurance and audit processes, with the ability to synthesize results into meaningful reports
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and related automation tools is a strong plus
